The evening sky was blood red as priya carried water to the courtyard.

Her mother in laws voice echoed behind her .

Faster ! Don't waste time!

Priyas hand trembled, but she obeyed

Rudra appeared suddenly, standing silently near the well .

She frozen .

He didn't say a word ,or didn't even move closer at first .

Then , as she turned to leave he gripped her wrist tight .

Priya gasped trying to pull away .

Why do you move so quickly,he asked low ,sharp voice .

I'm sorry rudra  she whispered.

He leaned closer too close .

Before she reacted he kissed her .

Her body stiffened.

She tried to pull back . No ! Please ....she cried

Tear filled her eyes .

Her chest heaved .

His eyes are cold and dangerous.

Before he never touched her but today  .

Something happened and why ?

You're mine ,he whispered,just barely .

Priya shook her head , trembling. I'm scared ... I don't want ..please ...

He let go , just enough, stepping back .

Her sobs echoes in the empty courtyard.

Her mother in law peeked from doorway,but said nothing.

But little disgust written in her face .

How stupid is my son she thought.

Priya hated him ,she feared him.

And deep down ,

she knew ..she can't escape him .
